Customer Care Promise (Misprints / Damage / Wrong Item)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we’ll replace it for FREE at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Made-to-Order Policy (Please Read Before Ordering)
All items are made to order, meaning they’re created specifically for you after purchase. We do not keep inventory.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing: Our size charts are accurate—measure a t-shirt you already own (width + length) and match it to the chart before ordering and sizing issues will be very unlikely.
Sizing — Please Choose Carefully (Accurate Size Charts)
We provide a detailed, accurate size chart on every product page. To ensure you order the correct size, please review the size chart before checkout.
Best way to get the right fit
You do not need to measure your body, and you do not need circumference measurements (chest/waist/etc.).
Instead, measure a t-shirt you already own and love:
- Lay it flat
- Measure the width (pit-to-pit)
- Measure the length/height (top to bottom)
- Match those measurements to our size chart
We also provide:
- A reminder to review sizing before checkout
- A follow-up email immediately after purchase with sizing information
Size Replacements (Wrong Size)
If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help with a replacement option:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- A $6.99 replacement shipping fee per item applies
Large Orders (3+ Shirts)
To keep pricing fair for everyone, size replacements are limited to 2 items per order.
If you ordered 3 or more shirts, any replacements beyond the first two will be handled at our standard replacement rate.
Once your replacement is confirmed and the fee is completed, your replacement item(s) will be sent out promptly.
